This module gives the physician full control over transcribed data. Audio files are stored and catalogued on our secure server, so you'll never lose another audio file again. Once your transcription company has completed the document you can edit and electronically sign the document. The document is then faxed to the intended recipient and stored in your electronic chart automatically. Complete transparency and peace of mind.

Practices that wish to maintain complete control over this process, as well as the resolution of Troubleshooting Tickets can do so with ease. Those practices that wish to place this responsibility on the transcriptionists will have a CheckIn Specialist assigned to their account for an additional service fee.
Managing Patient And Physician Databases
Maintaining patient and referring physician databases can be done by your practice, or can be handled by Global Transcription. Practices that wish to maintain complete control over this process, can do so with ease. Those practices that wish to place this responsibility on the transcriptionists will have a Database Specialist assigned to their account for an additional service fee.
